It was a Wii Christmas and it was a fantastic Christmas! Living with boys whose moods are perpetual roller coasters one can never predict how any day will go, much less an emotionally packed day such as Christmas. There have been good Christmas' and not so good Christmas'.
This was a GREAT Christmas! Start to finish!
Sam divided his time between the Wii and his new bike and assorted other toys.
Connor, on the other hand, played on the Wii until he, basically, collapsed on the couch. Then he was up again until he suddenly announced he had to go to bed. He was asleep before his head hit the pillow!
Tomorrow my 15-year-old grandson flies in from San Antonio to spend the rest of the holidays with us. He got his learner's permit this summer. He plans to drive us home from the airport.... Prayers welcome!

Have a great day, and be careful driving from the airport! Loved the boys' pictures.

I'm glad y'all had such a good Christmas, Sis! Hopefully by now Bry is there and everyone is having a great time.
I enjoyed the pictures, too.
Do they call it a 'wii' because that's what you say while playing it?
LOL! I have no idea, Alg. I do know that the kids got me addicted to playing last night.
My first venture into the video game experience.
I played Skee ball and Mario Cart Racing.
Laura and I actually looked up the meaning of Wii today!
We thought it was some japanese word and we were going to translate it, but then learned that Wii is just "we" meaning like a group of people playing together, and the "ii" signifies two people, and also the controllers...haha some people were trying to get it called "Revolution" since it was a "revolution" in video games...but it didn't fly...
wow. i sound geeky.
geeky? Nah. Good to know the meaning! How uncomplicated; how simple.
I guess we should have known that since we create a "Mii" on it. Which, of course, is 'me'. Duh!
my Mii has a purple Mohawk at the moment on a game Bryan brought up here with him. I'm a Skill (Skee) ball whiz! LOL!
Glad you had a good Christmas, and have a Happy New Year, Pam! I'll let you know if and when a DFW stop comes up this year.
