This will be short and NOT sweet! Stress fracture on my right foot. Walking in an air cast for the next 6 to 8 weeks.
Could be worse, but.....been on it all day and even an air cast is NOT COMFORTABLE!!!
Have to remove it to drive, as the fracture is on my right foot. It also comes off for bed and showers. Need to ice the foot every night before bed.
Yuck! This is not fun!
I have to find ways to keep it from rubbing.
No choice but to adapt.

A bummer, yes. But it really could be worse. You could be in a plaster cast.
Take care of it and follow the doctor's instructions!! And TRY to stay off of it as much as possible! (I know you.....)
